The ticket clerk asks:
"Куда, блин?"
To which the customer replies:
"To Dublin!"
("Куда, блин" means roughly "Where, dammit?" (literally "Where, pancake?"), and "to Dublin" sounds like "Туда, блин", or, roughly, "There, dammit!")
